We know privacy and predictability matter. Aitoyplay ships adult wellness orders in plain outer packaging with no sensitive product names or adult imagery visible on the parcel.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by product availability, destination, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping charge, discount, or free-shipping eligibility is shown at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for any charges clearly displayed and accepted at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show its first carrier scan. If tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact us for help.

Address Accuracy

Please review the complete shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment, and reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. For a damaged parcel or a shipment with no tracking movement for seven business days, email us with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.

International Orders

Availability and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted in their location and for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or delays unless checkout states otherwise.
